This agreement should improve passenger flow between South America and Oceania

LAN and Jetstar Airways, Qantas affiliated company, signed a code share agreement complementing other agreements held between LAN and Qantas, enhancing connectivity between South America and Oceania.
Under the new agreement, LAN passengers will have access to 15 new destinations served by the Australian company through shared code in Australia and New Zealand. In the future, the company hopes to strengthen the alliance with the incorporation of international routes between the two countries and Southeast Asia.

It is expected that the agreement will optimize the connectivity between Auckland and major cities of Australia such as Gold Coast and Melbourne. In New Zealand, passengers can connect, also from Auckland to destinations like Wellington, Dunedin, Christchurch and Queenstown. In Australia, from Sydney, you can connect to cities such as Byron Bay, Cairns, Darwin, Hobart, Hamilton Island and Sunshine Coast, among others.

The Latam Group has been working to increase its offer connections around the world, taking advantage of the strategic hubs located in South America.
