Azul Linhas Aereas, the sister company of JetBlue founded by David Neeleman won the prize as the Best Low Cost Carrier in the world by the Centre for Asia Pacific Aviation.
The results were released on December 4th at the Intercontinental Stanford Hotel in Hong Kong.Mr Abhi Shah, revenue director for Azul was representing the company at the event. Mr Neememan said that “We are extremely proud and happy to receive the prize and see our work recognized worldwide, and that their goals has always been to be the Best Airline to our passengers”
