The agreement signed between the two civil aviation authorities
is called Open Skies, which provides for free capacity of weekly
flights, full opening of the routing network, fare freedom, among
other facilities. The agreement also opens the possibility for
airlines of both countries to operate regular services between
their territories, combining intermediate points or beyond in other
countries. There is also the possibility of code-sharing agreements
between companies from both countries and third countries.
