Copa Airlines is launching new flights between Panama and both Salvador and Fortaleza in Brazil.
The carrier will fly to Fortaleza and Salvador beginning July 18 and 24, respectively, adding up to a new total of nine destinations in Brazil for Copa.
It also means two more cities to connect to Panama’s large hub in Panama City, one of the biggest gateways for Latin American travelers heading to the Caribbean.
“Copa Airlines is proud to commence flights to Fortaleza and Salvador, in Brazil,” said Copa Airlines chief executive Pedro Heilbron. “These new routes allow Copa Airlines to continue to expand connectivity from the Hub of the Americas, in Panama, with the important northeastern region of Brazil and the increasingly interesting and attractive Caribbean region.”
The Salvador flights will operate on Tuesdays and Fridays, while the Fortaleza flights will operate on Wednesdays and Sundays.
