LATAM Airlines continues to expand its South American network with the launch of two new international routes connecting Brazil and Argentina. The airline announced that it will begin operating flights between São Paulo (Guarulhos) and Córdoba, as well as between São Paulo and Mendoza, starting November 1, 2025. This strategic move further strengthens LATAM’s position as a leading regional carrier and enhances travel options between two of South America’s largest economies.
Both routes will operate three times per week using Airbus A320 aircraft, with capacity for 174 passengers. The São Paulo–Córdoba flight will operate on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, while São Paulo–Mendoza will fly on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Tickets for both new routes are already available for purchase through LATAM’s website and official sales channels.
The addition of Córdoba and Mendoza brings LATAM’s international destinations served from Brazil to 21. It also reflects increasing demand for leisure and business travel between Brazil and Argentina, as tourism rebounds and bilateral economic ties grow stronger. Mendoza, known for its vineyards and access to the Andes, and Córdoba, a cultural and university hub, are both attractive destinations for Brazilian travelers seeking new experiences beyond Buenos Aires.
LATAM’s expansion comes amid ongoing consolidation in the Latin American airline market and growing competition from low-cost carriers. By opening new point-to-point international routes, the airline enhances regional mobility while leveraging São Paulo’s strategic position as a regional hub.
With these new additions, LATAM continues to play a key role in fostering connectivity across South America—offering passengers more direct options, reducing travel time, and boosting tourism and trade between Brazil and Argentina. Travelers looking to explore Argentina’s diverse regions now have even more convenient and affordable choices.
