American Airlines has announced the dates for the new flights between the US and Brazil. The new flight connecting Los Angeles and Sao Paulo will start on November 23rd, using a Boeing 777-200.
The other frequency being announced is the exclusive flight linking Miami to Curitiba in Parana, and Porto Alegre in Rio Gerande do Sul. This flight will do Miami-Curitiba-Porto Algre-Miami.
Competition for the US-Brazil market has increased significantly in the last few years, with several US carriers increasing capacity to take advantage of the Brazilian travel market.
