The official date of entry of Avianca Brazil in the Star Alliance, joining the International Avianca, will be on July 22 and the ceremony will be attended by presidents of other alliance member companies. The Star Alliance is the largest airline alliance worldwide and has names like United Airlines, Tap, Lufthansa, Turkish, Air Canada Cup, Ana and Air New Zealand. The International Avianca is part of the alliance since 2012.
