The famous tourist attraction located in Iguassu Falls shuts down again for visitors. The park had opened back in June 10, and will remain closed indefinitely due to the increase of covid-19 cases.

The park administration says that as soon as the pandemic situation improves they will consider to reopen, taking always into consideration  the well being of visitors and the community. With this present scenario, where the curve is still growing fast, the priority is to protect the employees and their families, maintaining essential services to take care of the 1.300 birds that live in the park and depend on it to survive.

The administration reaffirms that regardless the importance of saving the economy, the main goal is to have in mind that reinstating our activities will only be possible if we keep our communities safe and sound.
