Azul Linhas Aereas is known to be the best airline in Brazil as it has the lowest number of customer complaints. As per the records, it receives just 46 complaints for every 1,00,000 passengers. This was the record for the second quarter of 2022.

The Survey

According to the survey conducted by the National Civil Aviation Agency, Azul Airlines had the least complaints in the second quarter of 2022 and it stated itself as the best airline company in Brazil in terms of customer handling. 

Not just the airline has a record of having the lowest number of complaints but also it has left other Brazilian airlines behind in terms of customer satisfaction. According to the survey, the company has solved almost 92% of its customer’s issues successfully. The overall rating offered to the airline company by its customers is 4.2 out of 5. 

The Competition

The competition among airline companies in Brazil is pretty high in terms of customer service and customer satisfaction. The popular name GOL Airlines is known to offer solutions to its passengers the fastest with an average of 2.2 days. Similarly, other airline companies in Brazil such as United Airlines and Copa Airlines are also in the league of competition.

But Azul has turned out to be a clear winner with its best customer service and great customer problem-solving technique. According to the reports, Azul has been showing such consistent results earlier too. 

Azul’s Growth

With such records, Azul is all set to grow its business in the country. As of now, it has an estimate of growing as much as 30% by adding new slots in Congonhas airport of Sao Paulo, which is considered to be one of the busiest airports in Brazil. 

Azul is focussed on some further plans of increasing its destinations. As of now, it has plans to increase its destinations to 200 spots by the year 2023. The company has also gotten into partnerships with different brands such as JetBlue to offer a convenient experience for international trips to its customers. 

Currently, Azul has fewer flight operations in Brazil but the airline company is focused and motivated in increasing the flights and the number of destinations soon. In fact, the company is all set to introduce direct weekly flights from different destinations such as Belem and Manaus for Fort Lauderdale. It also has other plans for the coming year.
